What are the educational Qualification requirement :
Candidates should have the following requirements,
- A Master's degree from a recognized University in the relevant subject with eight/six papers and at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and good academic record.
- Candidates should attach copies of mark sheets and passing certificates of all the examinations from SSC onwards.
- Candidates applying for the above posts should have passed the Eligibility Test for lectureship conducted by the UGC/CSIR such as NET/SET or similar test accredited by the UGC.
- However, candidates who are or have been awarded the Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission{(minimum standards and procedures for the award of Ph.D. Degree), Regulation,2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor.
What is the Scale of Pay and Terms and Conditions :
- As per norms of UGC, Government of Goa, and Goa university
- All the above requirements are subject to the workload and approval of Goa University.
