1. Name of the Post: Court Manager

No of Post: 01

Category: General

Pay Scale:  Level - 09

Educational Qualification Requirement :

• Candidate should have M.B.A or Advanced Diploma in General Management
• Candidate Must have 5 years experience/training in systems and process management, Information technology, systems management, human resource management, or financial systems management.
• Must have passed Government recognized computer knowledge/DOEACC examination 
• Must possess excellent computer application skills. 
• Knowledge of Konkani.
• Desirable:- Degree of Law

2. Name of the Post: Stenographer Grade - III

No of Post: 05

Category: OBC - 03, ST -01, EWS - 01

Pay Scale:  Level - 04

Educational Qualification Requirement :

• Candidate should have Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board / Institution.
• Speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand in English.
• English typing at 35 words per minute corresponds to 10500 key Depression Per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word, on Computer.
• Knowledge of Konkani
• Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

3. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk

Category: OBC - 07, ST -02, EWS - 01, GEN -01, CFF - 03, PH(vh) - 01, EX-Serviceman- 01

Pay Scale:  Level - 02

Educational Qualification Requirement :

• The candidate should have Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board/ Institution.
• English typing at 30 words per minute corresponds to 9000 key Depression per Hour on an average of 5KD for each word, on Computer.
• Knowledge of Konkani
• Desirable: a) Knowledge of Marathi.
• b) Preliminary training in Word Processing and Data Entry.

4. Name of the Post: Driver

Category: GEN - 02, OBC -01

Pay Scale:  Level - 02

Educational Qualification Requirement :

The candidate should havePassed Secondary School Certificate Examénation from a recognized Board/ Institution.

• Driving license for the light motor vehicle. 
• Unblemished experience of at least 2 years in the line.
• Essential: Knowledge of Konkani.
• Desirable:- Knowledge of Marathi
• The incumbent will have to undergo a practical driving test conducted by the Inspector of Dwectorate of Transport before Selection. An Inspector of the Directorate of Transport and Asst Engineer (Mechanical) from the Govt. The garage will be associated with the D.PC/D.S.C as expects.

5. Name of the Post: Peon

No of Post: 12

Category: GEN - 05, OBC -03, ST- 01, SC- 01, CFF- 01, EWS - 01

Pay Scale:  Level - 01

Educational Qualification Requirement :

• The candidate should have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/Institution. Or Passed course conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification, in relevant trade from a recognized Institution.
• Knowledge of Konkani
• Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi.
• (ii) Multi-tasking skills such as knowledge of operating office machines including computers

6. Name of the Post: Driver

Category: EWS - 01, OBC- 01, Ex-Serviceman - 01

Pay Scale:  Level - 01

Educational Qualification Requirement :

• The candidate should have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/Institution. Or Passed course conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification, in relevant trade from a recognized Institution.
• Knowledge of Konkani
• Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi.
• (ii) Multi-tasking skills such as knowledge of operating office machines including computers

Age Limit for the Post: The Candidate age should not exceed 45 years relaxable for 

• O.B.C Category (03 years)
• Physically Disabled (10 years)
• Children of Freedom Fighter (05 years)
• S.T Category (05 years)
• S.C. Category (05 years)
• Government Servants as per the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time

• The copies of the Certificates in respect of the caste, Children of Freedom Fighters. Disability, Ex-Serviceman, 15 years residence in Goa, all issued by the Competent Authorities, Educational Qualifications, Birth and Valid Employment Exchange Card, duly self-attested i.e. certifying that the Certificate is True Copy of the original shall be submitted in the Office of the Principal District and Sessions Judge. North Goa, Panaji.
• The application should reach on or before 20.09.2021, during office hours. 
• The application shall bear a passport size photograph affixed in the box prescribed in the format and shall also be self-attested. 
• The original educational qualification certificates and other documents are required to be produced at the time of interview/typing test/ comprehensive test for verification of the Recruitment Committee.

Other Details :

• Applications submitted after the last date, not in the prescribed format, incomplete application, or without the documents will be rejected.
• Candidates who are already in Government service should send their application through the proper channel only.
