Applications are invited for the Following Group C Posts at the Department of Printing and Stationery, Panaji.

1. Name of the Post: Junior Stenographer

No of Post: 01

Category: OBC

Educational Qualification Requirement :

  • Candidate should have Higher Secondary school certificate from a recognized institution or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State of Board of Technical Education.
  • The candidate should have a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 35 words per minute in typing.
  • Minimum 3 months certificate course in computer
  • Knowledge of Konkani.

2. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk

No of Post: 04

Category: OBC-1,ST-1,UR-2

Educational Qualification Requirement :

  • Candidate should have Higher Secondary school certificate from a recognized institution or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State of Board of Technical Education.
  • The candidate should have a speed of 30words per minute in English and knowledge of computer
  • Knowledge of Konkani.

3. Name of the Post: Multi-tasking staff

No of Post: 14

Category: OBC-3,ST-2,UR-5,SC-1,EWS-2,Exserviceman-1

Educational Qualification Requirement :

  • Candidate should have a Secondary school certificate from a recognized institution or Passed co9urse conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification in relevant trade from a recognized institution.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of office machines and computers.
  • Knowledge of Konkani.

Important Documents Candidates should have :

  • 15 years of Residence Certificate
  • Employment Card
  • Caste Certificate
The application should reach the Department of Printing and Stationery office on or before 08-09-2021 during the office hour between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

Other details :

  • A separate application should be submitted for each post, in case the candidate applies for
  • more than one post.
  • Only the eligible candidate fulfilling the criteria as per the Recruitment Rules/advertisement shall apply and the candidate need not furnish any document at the time of applying for the post. However, the candidature shortlisted shall not be. considered, if he/she is found ineligible at the time of verification of essential documents, even though he/she has passed the examination.
  • The crucial date for determining the age, qualification, and experience shall be 08/09/2021 (closing date ) for the above posts.
  • The candidate applying for reserved category post shall produce a valid certificate issued
  • by the competent authority as per the Government guidelines.
  • Candidate already in the Government Service shall produce the NOC issued by the competent authority from the concerned Department.
  • The written examination will be conducted of 100 marks and nature of examination shall be
  • subjective or objective or a combination of both. 
  • Syllabus and pattern of examination for the post of Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk
  • and Multi Tasking Staff will be as per standard examination procedure.
  • The Government reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without
  • any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
  • Late and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
  • Age limit not exceeding 45 years.
